On behalf of our client, we are seeking 1-2 female assistants for substitute work – either as needed or for a longer-term assignment, with the possibility of a permanent position. You will work with a woman in her 60s who, after a traffic accident, is completely mobility-impaired and needs support in all aspects of her daily life – around the clock. Your role will be to create security, dignity, and quality of life in her everyday life. Working hours vary and can be daytime, evening, and overnight shifts. Who are you? To thrive in this role, we see that you have a genuine interest in people and a big heart. You are present, attentive, and have a natural ability to show care. Meeting people with different needs – both physical and psychological – feels natural to you, and you contribute with a positive and respectful approach. Experience in personal assistance or care is a merit, as is knowledge of lifting aids, medication handling, and tube feeding. But the most important thing is your attitude – we offer customized introduction and training based on the client's needs.
