It is also important that you are attentive to what the client wants and needs. We are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant. You do not need any prior experience, as it is most important that there is a good personal fit, but it is an advantage if you have insight into what the work as a personal assistant entails. As a personal assistant, you will help the client with everything in their daily life. Your workplace is where the client is located, such as at home, school, and during activities. You should be the client's extended arms and legs. You should be able to help with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, mobility, cleaning, cooking, and other household tasks. Work hours are varied, and you should be able to work days, evenings, and weekends. You must have a good command of Swedish in both speech and writing, as we have documentation obligations.
