We are now looking for a personal assistant for our wonderful 7-year-old boy living on Södermalm!
Would you like to join us in starting a brand new assignment with our delightful seven-year-old boy and his family, which consists of mom, dad, and two siblings? Our family has recently been approved for personal assistance, which means you as an assistant will get to be part of it from the start.
He is a playful and happy boy who needs someone reliable, cheerful, and stable. Someone who can be by his side for various fun activities like visits to the swimming pool, playground, or sledding.
As an assistant, you'll be there to provide the support he needs, including play and fun. Our boy uses a wheelchair but can walk on his own for short periods with support. He needs extensive support with everything from feeding, communication, to hygiene. We therefore prefer that you have previous experience working as an assistant. Medical background is a plus but not required.
To apply for this position, you must be at least 20 years old, be able to provide a criminal record extract, and provide two nearby references.

You need good physical fitness as heavy lifting occurs
You are at least 20 years old, attentive, and good at taking responsibility
You are a reliable and calm person
You are a non-smoker
You need to speak Swedish fluently
Working hours and employment level
Shifts are scheduled on weekends but also include weekdays, with varying times.
It's an advantage if you are flexible and can step in for extra shifts when needed.

The planned start date is September 2026. But what's most important is that we find the right person for the job, so write in your application when you can start and we can surely work something out.
