We are now looking for a new team member to support our wonderful 11-year-old principal who lives with her family on a farm between Värnamo and Vrigstad. Are you a cheerful and responsible person with a youthful spirit? Then you could be one of us! About the Role Our principal is a delightful and playful girl who loves a fast pace with play and activities, and she often comes up with fun things to do with her sister. As a personal assistant, you will become part of the family's daily life. It is important that you have the ability to sense the family's tempo and determine when to take initiative and when to stay in the background. Your tasks include picking up the principal at home after school and after-school activities such as scouts and gymnastics. There is a lot of play in the home and support/encouragement for exercise through play. The principal lives on a farm and enjoys spending time in nature, playing, discovering, and being with animals. What We Require We are looking for someone who loves children and has a playful side. To fit this role, you must be flexible, communicative, respectful, calm, and have initiative. Previous experience with LSS and children is desirable. Experience with TAKK and visual supports is a merit. There is a lot of floor play and moving involved, so you need to be in good physical condition to keep up with the principal's pace. To be considered for this position, you must not be allergic to animals, chlorine, or nuts. You have a driver's license and access to a car, and you are a non-smoker.
