About the Position Personal assistance is a service under LSS (Act Concerning Support and Services for Persons with Certain Disabilities). In your role as a personal assistant, you will primarily help the customer with everything that arises in daily life and with basic needs. Your work involves safeguarding the customer's self-determination and integrity, and contributes to making everyday life run smoothly. Each assistance arrangement is uniquely adapted to the customer's life, so work tasks may vary depending on the workplace. Our customer is a 27-year-old man living in Dalby. He has a strong interest in TV and computer games, military history, and motorsports. The customer is looking for an assistant who is cheerful, flexible, and resourceful. You should also be confident, patient, and professional in your role. Who Are You? The role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and takes responsibility. It is also important that you can take your own initiative and see what needs to be done. To thrive as a personal assistant, it is important that there is good chemistry between you as an assistant and the customer. For this position, you must have: B-category driver's license previous experience working in care/support or personal assistance good Swedish, both spoken and written good physical health experience with mobility aids, lifts/slings be a non-smoker For this position, it is a plus if you: have experience working with respiratory aids share the customer's interest in games Great weight will be placed on personal suitability. Working Hours, Employment Grade, and Salary The current employment form is "temporary position" which means work as needed with varying hours during day, evening, and/or night. Assistance shifts are: 08:00-22:00, 22:00-08:00, 08:00-16:00, 16:00-22:00, 22:00-08:00, and overnight shifts are awake shifts. Fixed hourly rate by agreement and other compensation according to collective agreement. Start date immediately or by agreement.
