About You You are a confident and engaged person with the ability to create calm and structure in daily life. You are a problem solver who enjoys being part of someone's development – whether it comes to exercise, communication, and motivation. We'd love to see that you have - Experience with low-arousal care approaches - Experience working in personal assistance - Are a non-smoker - Speak and write fluent Swedish About the Client The client is a 25-year-old woman with a physical disability who needs support in her daily life. As an assistant, you'll help her with daily routines, household chores, personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, meals, and transfers. You'll also accompany her on activities and help create motivation and structure in her everyday life. The work varies in pace, so it's important that you're responsive, take initiative, and have a feel for when to take the lead or adopt a more observant role. She is very appearance-conscious and likes to do her makeup, so it's a plus if you share this interest. Working Hours As needed: Night shifts and daytime with dual assistance.
