Personal Assistant for Teenage Boy, Trollhättan

Our client has now received an expanded decision, so we are looking for more assistants for his team! We are looking for both you who want to work a schedule with fixed shifts and you who want to be a hourly substitute and step in as needed! The boy has several types of functional variations, which means there are multiple things he needs help with. The work includes training, personal hygiene, medication, transfers, and everything else he needs help with to have as good a daily life as possible. It is an asset if you have experience working with visual supports as it is one of the client's communication methods. A few hours each day the client is at Daily Activities, so work shifts are either morning or afternoon/evening on weekdays and various times on weekends. You as personal assistants sometimes work alone and sometimes together as the client also has double assistance. We are looking for female assistants who have retained a childlike spirit and a good sense of humor while being organized, seeing what needs to be done and following through. You as a personal assistant are open, positive, calm, and engaged. You are welcome to come up with ideas for activities to do together with the client. You are a non-smoker and preferably do not have pet allergies as there is a cat in the home. Personal chemistry is important, and it is also important that you master the Swedish language well in speech and writing as you need to support the client communicatively. Working hours are morning, afternoon/evening, and weekends. During holidays you also work daytime.
