We are now seeking personal assistants for a teenage girl living in Skellefteå. We are looking for two assistants with two positions available at 75-80% each. Position one is based during the night and is primarily of a monitoring nature as the girl requires active supervision around the clock. Position two is based during daytime and involves going out on activities and daily routines. Weekend work occurs in both positions. The Assignment: Our client is a teenage girl with significant care and healthcare needs. As an assistant, you help with everything from hygiene, transfers, communication and ensure the client has a meaningful daily life. The work is done both independently and with a colleague as the client has some double assistance (two assistants present). The client has assistance around the clock and during the night the work is of a monitoring nature as the client uses CPAP and may have seizures. Applicants: You who are applying should be a service-oriented and caring woman. You should be responsible and take initiative, and be good at creating and maintaining relationships. It is meritorious if you as an applicant have previous experience from healthcare or other relevant background as the client has significant healthcare needs. Otherwise, a driver's license and access to a car are a must as the client is located in a town just outside Skellefteå every other week. The position will start at the end of August but training and startup occurs by agreement.
