About the Position
As a personal assistant working nights, you'll work in a calm environment where safety, responsibility, and presence are in focus. You'll be there when needs arise and contribute to a safe and secure night for people who need support in their daily lives.
The position involves being scheduled with two people with different individual needs, which provides varied and developmental work. You'll become an important part of their daily routine and contribute to quality of life, independence, and security.
The individuals have different care and medical needs. The position involves working awake night shifts with scheduling every other weekend.
Qualifications
The position involves extensive medical responsibility, so we require that you have training as a nursing assistant or other education that the employer deems equivalent.
The work suits you if you are attentive, responsible, and able to work independently. We also see that you can work solution-oriented while being adaptable, both in the moment and long-term.
The role includes communicating with individuals and close contact with colleagues, so it's important that you express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish. You need to communicate in a pedagogical way and meet the individuals with a calm, measured approach. We work with clarifying pedagogy, which means you need knowledge and experience using communication aids.
You must have a driver's license and access to your own car, as not all individuals live in central Tidaholm.
