We are a stable care assistance company that values and respects our customers. Our fundamental belief is that every person is valuable and that everyone should be treated with respect and dignity. Min Assistans is seeking a hourly substitute who can work every other weekend and extra as needed, for one of our customers who lives just outside Sölvesborg. Personal suitability is of great importance, along with a genuine interest in working as a personal assistant, and you must be flexible and have good collaboration skills. You are responsible, patient, and empathetic. We want you to be interested in social care and in other people. It is important that you are attentive, calm, and have personal maturity. Your work tasks include supporting our customer in his daily life, such as daily routines at home and providing support in all everyday situations as well as ADL (Activities of Daily Living). The customer is 44 years old, uses a wheelchair, and has cerebral palsy and intellectual disabilities. The customer prefers male assistants who can assist during his activities in various environments such as motorsport, which is the customer's major interest. The customer also enjoys bowling, swimming, and Sweden Rock. The assistant needs to be able to help with physiotherapy at home and have experience working with people with disabilities. Work shifts include day shifts, evening shifts, and weekends. Night shifts may also occur. A driver's license and access to your own car are requirements. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the start date is by mutual agreement. We are members of Vårdföretagarna, which has a collective agreement with Svenska Kommunalarbetareförbundet.
