We are looking for someone who is responsible, confident, and comfortable following instructions. The personal assistant role involves helping the customer with tasks they cannot do due to their mobility limitations, and you will work closely with the person in their daily life both at home and at work or during other activities. Your workplace is wherever the customer is located, typically based from the customer's home in southern Visby. The customer has pets in their home, so it is important that you are not allergic. Your responsibilities will include physical assistance, help with transfers, and assistance with various daily tasks. We are looking for someone who can be calm and can adapt their work approach to different situations. You must be smoke- and vape-free, and you must speak Swedish fluently. No prior experience in personal assistance is required and no driver's license is necessary. At Särnmark, you will always receive an introduction at the customer's home, as well as access to Särnmark's internal training on the role of personal assistant. We are looking for a personal assistant who can work on a scheduled basis approximately 1-2 days per week. We also accept applications from those interested in working as a substitute. Work shifts are 24-hour shifts with waiting time. There is access to a staff room if needed.
