The Social Services Department is responsible for providing support, care and assistance to people in different stages of life. We work based on the individual's needs and offer services based on several laws, including the Social Services Act (SoL), the Act on Support and Services for Persons with Certain Disabilities (LSS) and the Health and Medical Care Act.
This can include providing elderly people with a secure and meaningful everyday life, supporting people with disabilities or being there for children, young people and adults in vulnerable life situations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Do you want to work close to an individual and make a real difference in everyday life? We are now looking for personal assistants to the social services department. This is a job where you get to use both your commitment and your attentiveness, and where your contribution means a lot to another person's quality of life.
As a personal assistant, you provide support in the person's everyday life based on individual needs and wishes. The work tasks vary depending on the individual's situation and may include personal care, support with communication, household chores and accompanying the person in activities and leisure. The goal is for the individual to be able to live as independently as possible.
The work takes place in the individual's home and in their everyday environment, and you always work from the individual's conditions and wishes. You work both independently and in collaboration with colleagues and relatives. The work also includes documentation according to applicable procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is empathetic, responsible and has a good ability to adapt to others' needs. You have a professional approach and can set boundaries when needed, while being attentive and responsive.
We also see that you have:
- Secondary education in healthcare and care is meritorious.
- Ability to meet people based on different needs and conditions
- Good Swedish in speech and writing
