We are looking for you to make a difference in the everyday life of a boy in Hisings Backa. As a personal assistant, you will be a support in the home and, most importantly, a companion on various activities outside the home – where play, movement, and adventures are in focus. Your contribution will help create a safe, meaningful, and active everyday life for him. Please note: The work is mainly scheduled for weekends. Working hours may vary depending on the weekend and planned activities, which requires flexibility and commitment. We are looking for someone who: - Is responsible, reliable, and has great patience. - Has good physical ability, as the work can involve practical tasks and plenty of outdoor activity. - Is flexible and can adapt to the boy's daily mood and needs. - Is proactive, confident, and can create a stimulating and fun environment. - Has experience working with children or as a personal assistant is a plus, but the right personality is what matters most. About the position: - Hourly employment. - Work is mainly on weekends. - Approximately 50-70% per month (varies depending on needs and activities). - Work takes place both at home and during activities outside. Salary & compensation: - Individual salary setting. - Other compensation according to collective agreement.
