We are now seeking personal assistants for a client who lives in northern Gotland, approximately 30 minutes from Visby. About the Job as Personal Assistant As a personal assistant, you will work closely with a person with a disability in their daily life. You will assist and support the person both in everyday activities and during leisure time. Your workplace is wherever the client is, and your main responsibility is to assist the client so they have the conditions to live the life they wish. Work Tasks Now I'm looking for a personal assistant for an assignment where you will make a real difference in my everyday life. As a personal assistant, you will work closely with me and help me with things that make it possible for me to live an independent life. Your work tasks can vary and be adapted to today's needs, but include personal care, support with everyday tasks, and activities both inside and outside the home. I have animals, so you cannot be allergic. My interests are animals and nature; I spend a lot of time outdoors and enjoy going on outings. I have my own car that the assistants drive. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is responsible, calm, and secure in yourself. You are also attentive and have an easy time learning new tasks. A driver's license and car are necessary to get to and from work. You speak Swedish fluently. It is an advantage if you have previous experience in care and healthcare. At Särnmark, you will always receive an introduction with the client and have access to training on the role of personal assistant. About the Employment The employment is on a fixed-term basis for the duration of the assistance assignment, and the salary form is hourly wage. Working hours vary according to the client's needs. The schedule is 80%. Salary and other employment terms are according to the collective agreement for Personal Assistance, Healthcare Companies - Kommunal.
