Personal Assistant for Man with Autism

We are seeking personal assistants for a man with autism. In your work, you will help and support the client in all everyday situations. He has difficulties with communication, social interaction with others, and understanding his surroundings. The work includes tasks such as meal preparation, hygiene, participation in activities, and accompanying him to medical appointments. We work with the client using a low-affect approach. It is important that you as a person are comfortable with tempo changes. The client has around-the-clock assistance with on-call support during the night. He has been approved for dual assistance for part of the day. The position is located in Gällstad.
