About the Assignment
Your role will be to contribute, through commitment and trust, to making every day the best for our client. He has assistance around the clock and needs help and support with all aspects of his life. Our client is communicative and manages/plans his assistance himself. The tasks include personal care, planning daily activities, regular household chores, cooking, and assisting with activities. Heavy lifting occurs and assistive devices are available, but it helps if you are physically fit.

For you to get along well together, we believe you are a social and solution-oriented person who enjoys working with people. You are flexible, attentive, and confident in yourself with the ability to motivate in a natural way.
Whether you are male or female doesn't matter – what's important is who you are and that you can be flexible when it comes to how the days look. One day it might focus on cooking and gardening, and the next day a hockey match. We also believe you are empathetic, solution-focused, and have a pleasant manner. As a person, you are responsible, have the ability to be accommodating, and have a sense of when to step forward and when to step back.
We would like you to have experience as a personal assistant or similar care work, but it is not a requirement. What's most important is that the collaboration works well between you.

About the Position
Hourly temp work as needed/a few fixed shifts per month.
Working hours in the assignment are around-the-clock shifts with standby time (5.5 hours)
Start immediately or by agreement
You will receive an introduction beforehand and the opportunity to shadow an experienced assistant
