The work includes personal care, practical household tasks, leisure activities, social support, and creating a meaningful and functioning daily routine. The client may periodically have difficulty handling changes and stressful situations, which places high demands on a low-arousal approach. You need to be able to work preventively, be alert to signals, and adapt your approach to create security and reduce stress. The work requires patience, good observation skills, and a professional demeanor. Qualifications You have completed education from a care and social services program, children's and leisure program, or personal assistance training. Applicants with other education or experience that the employer deems equivalent may also be considered for employment. We would like to see that you have experience working with people with neuropsychiatric disabilities, intellectual disabilities, or other functional variations. Experience with low-arousal approaches is a merit. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Documentation is part of the work, so it is important that you have good computer skills.
