As a personal assistant, you will become an important part of his everyday life, where safety, respect, and collaboration are central. It is advantageous, but not required, if you have: • Education in pedagogy or care-related fields • Experience with personal assistance or similar work Most importantly, your personal suitability and ability to build a safe and respectful relationship with both the client and colleagues is what matters.
