Albatross Personlig Assistans AB is seeking a personal assistant for a social, energetic, and cheerful man in his 40s. He lives in his own apartment in Lund. He needs support with day activities, at home, and with his daily life. He is very active and enjoys spending his free time on many activities, including a strong interest in sports. He has Prader-Willi syndrome, which involves a high degree of compulsive behaviors with associated anxiety, as well as externalizing behaviors and a language disorder. His disability means his daily routine follows strict routines. Otherwise, he is a wonderful person who enjoys showing warm and genuine emotions. We are looking for a responsible person with great patience and a sense of humor. The position is approximately 90%. Permanent rotating four-week schedule. Every other weekend. On-call overnight shifts. Day shifts and 24-hour shifts. The position is available with immediate start.
