Personal Assistant for Man in Hässleholm – 24-Hour Shifts – Temporary Staff

I'm looking for someone interested in working as a temporary staff member to fill in when my regular assistants are absent, for example due to illness, vacation, or other time off. Work location: Primarily at my home in Hässleholm and wherever I am located. Work hours: Shifts are mainly arranged as 24-hour shifts with on-call duty (on standby) during the night. As temporary staff, shifts can also be divided into shorter periods as needed. Duties: I can explain what help I need. Since I use a wheelchair, as my personal assistant you need to be my extended arms and legs and help me with what's needed in daily life. Scope: Hourly employment as needed. Other information: To thrive working for me, you should have a sense of humor, be loyal, and appreciate a calm work environment. I live in a ground-floor apartment in Hässleholm. It's important that you're attentive, can step back when needed, but also have the ability to take your own initiative. You need to be smoke-free and not be allergic to pets since I have a dog and also come into contact with other animals. A driver's license for a manual car is desirable, but not required. Previous experience as a personal assistant is an advantage, but the most important thing is that you're the right person for the job and that we have good personal chemistry.
