The Company: Albeda Personal Assistance is a personal and flexible care assistance company. All clients have individualized arrangements tailored to their specific life situation. Albeda serves customers throughout Sweden. We are a respected and serious employer offering good terms and conditions. The Job: I am a man in my 60s living in central Malmö. Following complications from a brain tumor, I now have limited physical ability and require round-the-clock supervision and assistance with most daily activities such as hygiene, mobility, housework, activities, exercise, outings, etc. I am now seeking an additional assistant to join my team. I would prefer that you are a man between 45 and 60 years old. I am looking for someone who enjoys and is suited for a care-oriented profession, is positive, social, and has good moral character. I enjoy keeping up with social developments and having interesting discussions, and would appreciate if you share that interest. In this work, presence and continuity are important, as well as the ability to collaborate with other people. REQUIREMENTS Male Fluent Swedish (spoken and written) Not allergic to cats Non-smoker ADVANTAGES 45-60 years old Experience from the healthcare sector. This is very personal work, which means it is important that you genuinely want to and enjoy working as a personal assistant/in a care profession. References required Start Date: Immediately, but flexibility available Work Hours/Duration: Approximately 50-60% (possibility for more in the future) / ongoing.
