As a customer of NyKraft, you receive individual assistance designed together with the customer based on their needs. The customer is involved in recruitment and the final selection of assistants. We are affiliated with Fremia and have a collective agreement. About the job: We are now seeking staff for our female customer just outside Vessigebro in Falkenberg Municipality. Work shifts are scheduled for days 07-15 and evenings 15-23 The customer is a woman who uses a wheelchair and has significant care needs. Work is double-staffed at certain times, and our service team assists with transfers during the day. There are cats in the home, which means it is important that the applicant is not allergic. The customer prefers female applicants. Job responsibilities: As a personal assistant, you have meaningful work where you help another person with everyday tasks that many take for granted. This might include getting dressed, preparing meals, taking a walk, or other things that are essential for daily life to function. As a personal assistant, you need empathy and respect for the person you work for. The profession demands high levels of flexibility, responsibility, and commitment. Your ability to work according to the customer's focus and wishes is crucial to your suitability as a personal assistant. Given the significant care needs, we welcome experience in this field, but it is not required as long as you feel comfortable with such situations. Employment begins with on-the-job training combined with training for delegated tasks. Qualifications: • You are calm and clear in your approach and communication • Very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing, as you will need to receive and give instructions to the customer • Not allergic to cats/fur animals Desirable: • Experience working as a personal assistant • Experience in care and support work • B-class driver's license Language requirements: Swedish (Fluent)
