Levanda Personal Assistance is a small and personalized care assistance company with great concern for our employees. We seek engaged and positive team members who are passionate about working with people. We are now looking for an additional substitute for an already established care assignment in Kungälv. The woman you will be working for is in her 50s, has a warm and sometimes sharp sense of humor, and a clear desire to return to an active and meaningful life. She lives with MS, uses a wheelchair, and has all necessary assistive equipment in place. The work includes tasks such as handling draw sheets and lift slings—it's important that you are physically strong and healthy. There is structure here, but also room for laughter. She lives with her husband and a collection of snakes and lizards. Yes, you read that correctly. They are calm, neat, and mostly keep to themselves. You don't need to be a reptile expert, but it's an advantage if you won't run screaming from the room. We are looking for you who: • speak and write Swedish fluently • are confident, attentive, and have common sense • preferably appreciate hard rock or at least can tolerate it • have a good sense of humor The work is about being a support in everyday life. Help with practical tasks, provide structure, and at the same time be a positive force in the home. It is work with responsibility, but also with a lot of personality. Working hours are every other weekend (Friday and Saturday) as well as 22:00–09:30 with sleeping on-call duty. The need is particularly on weekends, preferably every other weekend.
