Personal Assistant to a Woman in Solna

Assistanskraft AB is now seeking a personal assistant for a woman living in Solna. The client lives in her own apartment and needs support in her daily life with all basic and other ADL activities. The work is largely supervisory in nature and involves being available and providing individually tailored support based on the client's needs and routines. You need to be able to receive and follow verbal instructions as well as work according to written procedures. It is important that you are engaged, attentive to help needs, and listen to the client's wishes – without passively waiting for guidance. The position includes day, evening, and awake night shifts, both weekdays and weekends. There is an opportunity to work extra when needed and potentially receive more shifts over time. We are looking for someone who: • Is calm, secure, and responsive. • Is responsible and flexible. • Can work independently and take own initiative. • Has a respectful and professional approach. • Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and comprehension. Desirable qualifications: • Knowledge of Finnish. • Experience with or knowledge of oxygen and ventilator equipment. • Ability to prepare nutritious and varied meals during day shifts.
