On behalf of our client in Malmö Municipality, we are seeking an experienced personal assistant starting immediately who is responsive to our client's needs and wishes. The position is approximately 75% with varying work hours. It is important to us that you connect well with the client you will be working for and that you are responsive to the client's needs and wishes. You should be empathetic and respect the client's integrity. You have a good sense of humor and are ready to make your own decisions. You are responsible and collaborate easily. You have the ability to step back when needed. You are skilled at inspiring others and enjoy challenges in your work. You can work days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Personal assistance is provided around the clock. If you have experience with personal assistance it is beneficial but not necessary to be considered for the position. You will become part of a team that works together with and for the client. The position requires that you hold a driver's license for a car. There is a dog and cat in the client's home; experience with animals is a requirement. Your responsibilities: Tasks typical for the profession. This can be anything from individualized care to household chores. The assistance is provided primarily in the client's home but also involves accompanying the client to activities outside the home. You work in a supportive and motivating manner. Training is provided on-site and through Monument Assistans. Position: 75% Work hours 8-18, 18-08 (6h night shift) Round-the-clock shifts on weekends. We request that applicants for this position can provide a certificate from the crime register.
