About the Position Personal assistance is a service under LSS (Act on Support and Services for Persons with Certain Disabilities). In your role as a personal assistant, you will primarily help the client with everything that arises in daily life and with basic needs. Your work involves respecting the client's self-determination and integrity, and contributes to making everyday life run smoothly. Each assistance arrangement is uniquely adapted to the client's life, so work tasks may vary depending on the workplace. The client is a woman in her 50s living in Malmö. She enjoys taking walks, having coffee breaks, eating ice cream, or dining out, but also enjoys spending a lot of time at home. The client's individual needs guide the workday, and the work may include, for example, assistance with mobility, personal care, exercise and communication, as well as household chores and activities inside and outside the home. Who Are You? The role of personal assistant demands a strong ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiative and see what needs to be done. To thrive as a personal assistant, it is important that there is good personal chemistry between you as an assistant and the client. Work Hours, Employment Level, and Salary The current employment form is "for as long as the assistance assignment lasts" with an employment level of approximately 54%. Work hours are scheduled for overnight shifts on both weekdays and weekends. Shifts are scheduled 15:00-15:00 with 9.5h on-call. You work 6 overnight shifts per month. Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensation according to collective agreement. Start date: immediately or by agreement.
