We are now seeking a personal assistant for a 48-year-old woman in Karlshamn municipality. Work is Monday - Friday during daytime hours. The position should start as soon as possible.
We place significant emphasis on personal chemistry and personal qualities. Experience as a personal assistant is a plus. You must not have any physical limitations as the work may involve helping with transfers and assisting with rehabilitation exercises. You must not be allergic to animals and must be a non-smoker.
As a person, you must be responsible, attentive, flexible, patient, able to take initiative, and adapt your work to the client's needs. You must have a good ability to recognize needs and wishes even when these are not always expressed verbally. You must be calm, stable, and secure in yourself. You must have a driver's license and preferably the ability to drive your own car with mileage reimbursement. The work pace is varied.
The nature of the work requires that you are fluent in speaking and understanding Swedish, for example to understand and read various instructions and checklists and follow established routines. The nature of the work also means that only female applicants are considered.
To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
