As a personal assistant, you are a support and help the user create security in everyday life. We see that you are attentive and curious. You should also be calm and stress-resilient in situations where challenging behavior may occur. It is an advantage if you have experience with autism and cognitive disabilities. We prefer that you have experience with low-affective interaction and clarifying pedagogy. The position is 75% The schedule consists of day, evening and 24-hour shifts as well as work every other weekend. Selection and interviews are ongoing.
