Personal Assistant About the Job: We are seeking a calm, responsible, and attentive woman to work as a personal assistant for a woman with extensive care needs. Personal suitability and good personal chemistry are of great importance. In consideration of the care recipient's personal integrity, female gender is a justified and decisive occupational requirement for this position. We are Looking for Someone Who: Is calm, thorough, and reliable Is infection-aware Enjoys performing most of the work at home with the client Speaks Swedish fluently Likes animals, as there is a cat in the home Can work without wearing strong scents Job Responsibilities: Personal hygiene and care Assisted transfers with lifts Training and daily activities Management of PEG, tube feeding, and medications Operation of assistive devices such as Pariboy and suction equipment (experience is desirable) More information will be provided at an interview Client Requirements and Preferences Prefers female applicants only B-class driver's license Experience in personal assistance or healthcare professions is desirable Working at Novasis We are a strong team with extensive industry experience who have built this company on all the expertise we have gathered over the years.
