Prima Omsorg i Norden AB is an assistance provider committed to maintaining the highest possible quality in service delivery. Our goal is always the highest possible quality of life for the people we support. We believe education and mentoring are the path to achieving this. As a team member at Prima Omsorg, you can expect to receive valuable knowledge and continuous guidance regarding your work tasks. We are seeking a personal assistant for temporary/substitute work where there is an opportunity for rewarding days and doing fun things together. If you have experience working as a personal assistant, working with autism, or low-key communication approaches, that is an asset but not decisive. What matters is that you have the right qualities for the profession and that you can be empathetic, organized, able to plan and take initiative, while also having a great sense of humor and warmth. You have great respect for everyone's right to live their life, and you see how your work makes that possible. Days are highly varied when working with me. This is an incredibly rewarding and developmental role with the opportunity to become my friend. I am looking for someone who: • Is resourceful, motivating, and engaging. • Is positive, calm, stable, and secure in yourself with real integrity. • Is attentive, clear, and responsive in your work approach. • Is responsible, patient, and has great perseverance. • Has a strong ability to manage and regulate your own emotions. • Can write, understand, and speak fluent Swedish, as daily written documentation occurs. Some days involve many activities, but there are also times when your role is to prevent and handle frustrations and problem situations. Therefore, it is important to constantly be interested in my wellbeing and be responsive in different environments where I am. Sometimes you need to take a step back and wait. But often you need to be active in motivating me to participate in various activities. I am looking for someone who wants to work as a substitute. I am looking for both women and men of different ages. I have a diagnosis within the autism spectrum and an intellectual disability. I have a great need for supervision and need support and help with most aspects of my daily life. I am an active person who enjoys participating in activities, and you work where I am. Therefore, it is a requirement that you have a driver's license and access to your own car to transport yourself to work and be able to drive my private car during work. There is a dog in the household, so you cannot be allergic to or afraid of dogs. You need to be positive and cheerful; offering yourself can be key to resolving difficult situations that arise at work. During work hours you must avoid strong scents, be smoke-free, and keep your personal mobile phone turned off. We place greater emphasis on your personal suitability and good personal chemistry than on previous experience in the profession. We provide training. If this describes you, do not hesitate to submit your application. Each shift is a 24-hour shift between 10:00-10:00 with 6 hours on-call. • Fill in for absences and vacation. • Start immediately. • Always dual assistance. Regarding Salary • We apply wages according to collective agreement. • We offer wellness benefits. Start Date: Immediately or as agreed. Interviews are ongoing.
