About the Position Personal assistance is a service under LSS (the Act on Support and Services for Persons with Certain Disabilities). As a personal assistant, you will primarily help the customer with everything that comes up in daily life and with basic needs. Your work involves respecting the customer's self-determination and integrity, and contributes to making everyday life run smoothly. Each assistance arrangement is uniquely tailored to the customer's life, so work tasks may vary depending on the workplace. Who Are You? The role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiative and see what needs to be done. To thrive as a personal assistant, it is important that there is good personal chemistry between you as an assistant and the customer. The woman is interested in food, animals, crafts, and nature. Sharing these interests is seen as advantageous. She appreciates order and organization and likes having things neat and clean around her, which helps if you as an applicant are also an organized person. Working Hours, Employment Rate, and Salary The current employment arrangement is "for as long as the assistance assignment lasts" with an employment rate of 62.5%. Working hours are scheduled as follows: Monday 10:00 - 15:00 Tuesday to Friday 17:00 - 22:00 Fixed hourly rate by agreement and other compensation according to collective agreement.
