Omtanken Assistans provides personal assistance to individuals with disabilities who have been granted assistance under LSS or SFB. We strive to be an organization where everyone thrives—customers, families, and staff alike. To achieve this, we focus on quality over quantity. We want everyone at Omtanken to feel a sense of community, so we ensure close collaboration at all levels. I am a middle-aged woman with spina bifida and reduced vision, so I need considerable support and an extra pair of eyes. I have a strong interest in music and I love to laugh and talk. I enjoy spending time with close family and friends. I like being able to take trips in my car, so a manual driver's license is preferred! I frequently attend gatherings organized by the assistance company. Sometimes I also just want to stay home, take it easy, and do things around the house. Enjoying the sun on my patio is wonderful! Your workplace is where I am, so sometimes you may need to accompany me on trips. Working hours are 24-hour shifts, so we spend a lot of time together—personal chemistry is therefore important.
