Become a personal assistant to a great guy on Lidingö We're now looking for you to work as a personal assistant to an 18-year-old young man with a vibrant life around him. He lives with his family on Lidingö and has assistance support during all hours outside of school - which means your work shifts will be in the evenings, nights, and weekends. Starting in the fall, there's a great opportunity to work additional hours during daytime Monday-Friday. Who are you? We believe that you: - Have a big heart and a calm demeanor - Preferably have experience with epilepsy and autism - Have worked with children or in care assistance previously (huge plus!) - Enjoy working in someone's home and being an important part of their daily life - Are in good physical shape, as the client is very active. Driver's license? Not required! About the Position - Part-time - Evening shifts from approximately 4:00 PM - Nights (with on-call duties as part of the shift) - Weekends and occasionally daytime during vacation/days off - Starting in the fall, there's an opportunity to work daytime Monday-Friday What You Get From Us We take care of our assistants - for real! - Collective agreement - Wellness allowance up to 4,000 kr/year - Support, community, and a workplace where you matter Good to Know If you move forward in the process, you'll need to provide a criminal record clearance certificate.
