We are seeking engaged and responsible personal assistants for a 20-year-old with a strong interest in sports. You will play an important role in his daily life and contribute to his well-being and independence. We are looking for temporary staff to cover during regular staff absences, as well as the opportunity for fixed shifts every other weekend. Job Duties: - Work according to a shared approach – continuity and repetition are key - Support the client in daily activities and schooling. - Participate in and encourage sports activities and leisure interests. - Create a safe and positive environment. Work Hours: - Weekdays: day and evening shifts - Weekends: day and evening shifts We would like you to be someone with an interest in sports who can serve as a positive role model. Qualifications: - Previous experience working as a personal assistant is a merit, but not a requirement. - Good communication skills and empathy. - Flexibility and ability to adapt to the client's needs.
