We're looking for you to become an important part of the life of a wonderful girl in Malmö – a girl who loves routines and adores swimming at public pools, reading books, singing, and activities involving travel – from stroller walks to bus trips. As a personal assistant, you help her create a meaningful everyday life and weekends, simply put – quality of life. You do this by helping her with daily tasks, supporting her interests, and taking initiative to plan and carry out activities together with her. We're therefore looking for someone who is proactive, creative, and solution-focused. You don't need to be young or athletic, but you should be physically strong and comfortable spending time on the floor and going on long walks. The work includes personal and practical support, help with personal hygiene, transfers, walks, and some physical assistance. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability and the willingness to learn to read the girl's needs. Work hours: ● 1–2 evenings per week, approx. 4:30 PM–7:30 PM ● Every other weekend, approx. 9 AM–5 PM (or by agreement) and also ● School breaks and holidays 9 AM–5 PM (by agreement) We're looking for someone who is: attentive, reliable, proactive, and a non-smoker. Comfortable speaking and writing in Swedish or English. Experience with epilepsy is a plus. A driver's license is not required as a cargo bike is available.
