Personal Assistant for 42-Year-Old Man in Täby

We are seeking a personal assistant for a 42-year-old man with several cognitive functional impairments. This is a scheduled position with a service degree of approximately 90%. You will work in a team that shares a consistent approach regarding attitude, structure, and routines. The work includes both personal care, assistance with all practical household tasks, and the use of pedagogical methods, i.e., we work with clarifying pedagogy. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the days have meaningful content. You will receive training on functional impairments and method use, as well as supervision from a psychologist. You always work together with a colleague. Expectations of You You should ideally have experience working in care services. You should be easy to collaborate with, flexible, and open to new methods and ways of working. You will work according to a rotating schedule: day/evening/overnight on-call. You must speak Swedish fluently. You should live in the nearby area so that you can easily get to work on short notice.
