You help the boy in his daily life, are present in care and rest, and support him in play and activities. The role requires you to be attentive, empathetic, and willing to learn the boy's way of communicating and expressing his needs. The boy has a great need for closeness to feel secure, so your ability to create calm, trust, and confidence is central to the work.
