The work involves no heavy lifting or physically demanding tasks. Instead, the focus is on presence, communication, safety, and creating conditions for a good daily life. You will have the opportunity to develop valuable knowledge in communication, AAC (augmentative and alternative communication), and low-arousal approaches – experiences that are useful both in working life and in interactions with people throughout life.
You will work closely with a warm and engaged family who sees personal assistance as an important part of their daughter's quality of life. Together you create a secure daily routine where development can take place at its own pace. This is an assignment where you often receive a lot in return. The more you engage in the relationship, communication, and daily life, the more you have the opportunity to see progress, build trust, and experience the joy in the small and large steps that occur along the way.

About the Position
We are seeking both those who want to work on a set schedule and those who want to work extra as needed. Since this is a new assignment, there is an opportunity to be involved from the start, grow into the role, and develop your position over time. Work shifts are scheduled during day, evening, and awake night hours.
