We're now seeking a personal assistant for a 12-year-old girl who lives with her family. She is at an important stage in life where she's becoming more independent, curious about the world, and wants to participate in more activities – and that's where you come in. About the Role As a personal assistant, you'll become an important part of her everyday life. You'll be there as support, security, and enabler – someone who makes it possible for her to do things she finds fun and developmental. The work takes place wherever she is – at home, at activities, or on outings. Some days are calm, others more active. It's precisely this variety that makes the job so rewarding. You'll help out after school, during leisure time, and sometimes on weekends. Together with the family, you'll create a functioning and secure everyday life where she gets the opportunity to develop at her own pace. What Does the Job Involve? You will, among other things: • Be available as support after school and during leisure time • Participate in activities and encourage involvement • Help with everyday situations such as meals and hygiene • Contribute to creating structure, security, and joy in everyday life There is an opportunity to participate in various activities and outings, so a driver's license is a great advantage.
