About the Role As a personal assistant, you'll become an important part of her daily life. You'll be there as support, security, and an enabler – someone who makes it possible for her to do things she finds fun and developing. The work takes place wherever she is – at home, at activities, or on outings. Some days are calm, others more active. It's precisely this variation that makes the job so rewarding. You'll help after school, during leisure time, and sometimes on weekends. Together with the family, you'll create a functioning and secure everyday life where she gets the opportunity to develop at her own pace. What Does the Job Involve? You'll among other things: • Be there as support after school and during leisure time • Join activities and encourage her participation • Help with everyday situations like meals and hygiene • Be part of creating structure, security, and joy in daily life There's an opportunity to join various activities and outings, so a driver's license is a major advantage.
