We are now looking for an assistant to strengthen our work team. We are seeking you, an assistant who understands the importance of good collaboration with the customer, colleagues, and us as an assistance provider, to support a wheelchair-using woman. At our customer's location in central Tibro, we are now looking for you who want to become a reliable and valued assistant and colleague. We work according to daily routines and documentation. We appreciate assistants here having a positive and easygoing attitude. A positive and resourceful problem-solver who sees solutions instead of problems - that's what we need! As an assistant here, you support and help with everyday tasks but also with activities that add that special touch to life. For this woman, that means browsing shops, taking long walks, and other small outings. Daily work consists of supporting our customer in tasks they cannot manage themselves. Our customer needs help with everything from feeding to hygiene, exercise, and other everyday tasks such as shopping, laundry, and cleaning. We offer pleasant colleagues and a customer who truly appreciates their assistants. The Assistant's Role and Experience As a person, you need to be thorough, responsible, attentive, proactive, and positive. You will receive individualized introduction/training in all aspects of the customer's care needs and routines. You need to be flexible regarding working hours because we in the work team handle staffing when someone becomes ill – we stand by our customer and each other. Meritorious Experience Experience from healthcare/care work. Swedish in speech and writing. Good physical condition. Working Hours/Employment Level Temporary position. Every other weekend. Extra work as needed when regular assistants are absent due to illness or vacation. About Salary We apply salary according to Fremia collective agreement. We offer wellness benefits.
