Tibro Municipality is seeking personal assistants to join our team of seven dedicated employees within social services.
Main responsibilities:
As a personal assistant, you help with everyday tasks and activities that enrich life. You also work with more advanced care procedures such as handling cough assist machines, PEG, ventilators, tracheostomy, and suctioning – all in accordance with applicable self-care decisions.
To thrive in this role, we see that you have:
Education in nursing care
Interest in advanced healthcare
Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
It is a merit if you have previously worked with cough assist machines, PEG, ventilators, tracheostomy, or suctioning. As a person, you are secure, humble, empathetic, and clear in your work approach, with genuine commitment to healthcare.
Before you start, you will receive an introduction, hospital training in relevant areas, and mentoring alongside experienced colleagues. If the position also includes municipal primary healthcare, you will additionally receive training in medication management and guidance from the municipality's nurses.
