Main responsibilities: As a personal assistant, you help with everyday tasks and activities that enrich life. You also work with more advanced care procedures such as operating cough machines, PEG tubes, ventilators, tracheostomy, and suctioning – all based on applicable self-care decisions. To thrive in this role, we see that you have: - Education in nursing care - Interest in advanced healthcare - Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written It is a plus if you have previously worked with cough machines, PEG tubes, ventilators, tracheostomy, or suctioning. As a person, you are confident, humble, empathetic, and clear in your work approach, with genuine commitment to healthcare. Before you start, you will receive an introduction, training at the hospital in relevant areas, and shadowing with experienced colleagues. If the position also includes municipal primary care, you will also receive training in medication management and mentoring from the municipality's nurses.
