Söderort Assistans AB is a company that provides personal assistance services and operates throughout the country. This position is based in Stockholm. Söderort Assistans AB focuses on quality and it is important that the user has full participation, self-determination, and influence over how their assistance is structured. As an assistance provider, we work for our users by offering individually tailored services. We want to help our users live their own lives, as they wish to live them, with the help of their personal assistants. You who are applying for this position should be thorough, organized, attentive, flexible, and good at following directions. You should be able to work both independently and in a group. It is important that you take responsibility for completing your work tasks, and it is an advantage if you are good at taking your own initiative. It is also important that you are attentive to what the user wants and needs. We are looking for you to work as a personal assistant. You do not need to have any previous experience, as the most important thing is that the personal chemistry is right, but it is an advantage if you have insight into what working as a personal assistant entails. As a personal assistant, you will help the user with everything in their daily life. Your workplace is where the user is located, such as in their home and during activities. You should be the user's extended arms and legs. You should be able to help with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, transfers, cleaning, cooking, and other household tasks. Working hours are varied and you should be able to work during day, evening, and night shifts. You must have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, as we have documentation obligations. This position is on an as-needed basis and may lead to a permanent position in the long term. Please prepare with an extract from the child work register under LSS as well as an extract from the suspicion register.
