We are seeking a personal assistant on an ongoing schedule at approximately 84% with immediate start or by agreement. We are also seeking a hourly substitute. Do you have a genuine interest in people and experience working with mental health issues? Then perhaps you are the right person? We are now looking for you to work as a personal assistant and strengthen our team. The assignment involves supporting the client in all everyday situations, contributing to structure, safety, and a meaningful life. It is a merit if you have education in psychiatry, social work, care, or similar. You should have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Work shifts vary with both day/evening/weekend and overnight shifts. You should be secure and stable to handle the challenges the work entails. Self-harming behavior may occur, which you as an assistant should be able to address in a calm, professional, and empathetic manner, with a good ability to set boundaries. You need to be able to work motivatingly and independently but also work as part of a team. You will be offered an introduction with experienced colleagues and supervision as needed.
