We are now looking for a reliable, engaged, punctual person who is good at collaborating and flexible as an hourly substitute who can work during regular staff absences. You will work with a 36-year-old man who uses a wheelchair. As a personal assistant, you will become an important part of his daily life and help him with the support he needs to live a safe, active, and meaningful life. The work is primarily performed at a day center within Tomelilla municipality, where you will support Emin during the day. The work may also involve support for other activities based on his needs. We are looking for you who: ✔️ Are responsible, calm, and reliable. ✔️ Have a positive attitude and good teamwork skills. ✔️ Are flexible and can work as needed. ✔️ Experience in personal assistance is a merit, but personal chemistry and commitment are most important.
