I am 35 years old and live north of Stockholm. I am a social worker and work as a curator in healthcare. A major interest of mine is gardening, and I spend a lot of time at my allotment garden. You will assist me both at work, during leisure activities, and when I am at home. Due to a muscle disease, I use personal assistance around the clock, and I am now seeking an assistant who can work 24-hour shifts from 07–07, a total of six days per month including night on-call duty. The available shift schedule is as follows: Tuesday, Sunday Friday Tuesday Monday, Saturday I am looking for someone who is attentive, confident, and comfortable being a background support person. We are a small work team, and it is important that you have high work ethic and are flexible when needed. Many of my assistants combine working for me with artistic activities or self-employment. I prefer that you are a woman and approximately my age. For transfers, I use a manual transfer technique that you will learn during your orientation. However, it is important that you are in reasonably good physical condition from the start. The employment level is 72% of full-time. The employer for my assistants is Aberia, and the collective agreement is with Vårdföretagarna. The employment arrangement is "fixed-term for as long as the assignment lasts".
