We are looking for you to work as a personal assistant for a high school student who lives with her parents in a house in Hjortkvarn. She has round-the-clock assistance and double assistance during evenings, nights, and weekends. No assistance is provided at school. You who are applying need to be: A good listener and confident in yourself Thorough and responsible Flexible and proactive A person with your heart in the right place and a genuine desire to make a difference You need to be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, as documentation is an important part of the work. A driver's license is not a requirement to perform the work tasks. However, public transportation to the workplace is limited, which means you need to be able to get to and from work on your own, for example by car. Experience with personal assistance or similar work is a requirement. Experience as a nursing assistant is a merit. About the assignment The client has the diagnoses CP, Epilepsy, Autism, CVI (visual impairment), and intellectual disability, and needs help with most daily activities. The work includes, among other things: Medication management Training according to instructions from a physical therapist (CP training) Play, activities, and daily routines Partial tube feeding Use of cough assist machine and PEP mask The client uses AAC images as communication support You work in the client's home and become an important part of her daily life and sense of security.
