Personal Assistant Needed for Positive 15-Year-Old Boy

We are now seeking a personal assistant for a positive 15-year-old boy in Linköping. The boy has an intellectual disability and autism. He enjoys, for example, riding in cars, taking walks in the forest, swinging, and watching movies. Your responsibilities will be to help the boy with activities of daily living (ADL) and provide support with communication, as well as being a support for him in various activities. No heavy lifting is involved. Right now we are looking for an assistant who can work hours as needed, approximately 1–3 shifts per week (weekdays and weekends). On weekdays, work shifts typically start at 16:30 and last between 3 – 4 hours depending on needs. On weekends, times can be more flexible and arranged in consultation with the parents. If you are a good match with our client, there are good opportunities for more work during school breaks. Travel may occur in this position, so a Class B driver's license and access to a car are required. · In order to understand our client's needs, you must be fluent in Swedish.
