We are now seeking a reliable personal assistant for a man in his 30s with autism in Hässleholm. Position at approximately 80%. About the position: As a personal assistant, you provide support in daily life and contribute to structure, security, and participation. You accompany the individual to daily activities (DV) and provide support during activities and outings on weekends, days off, and during the summer. Assistance can be either one-on-one or two-on-one, depending on the situation and needs. The work takes place both at home and in the community. Work hours: 08.00-08.00 (24-hour shifts) and 10.00-21.00 We are looking for someone who: Is calm, stress-resilient, and empathetic Is organized and structured Has experience working with visual supports/picture schedules Has experience with autism Has knowledge of and works according to low-arousal approaches Holds a driver's license for manual transmission vehicles Personal suitability is very important. You are confident in yourself and have the ability to create a predictable and stable daily routine.
